Hardware/Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the core product

  • Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency

  • Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations

  • Ability to read and understand designs, schematics

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Prioritize the user when thinking about system design

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

  • Experience with writing detailed documentation from multiple perspectives

  • Experience with collaboration and clearly communicating between dynamic groups of stakeholders

  • Experience with building testable, highly available, and highly resilient products

  • Ability to design, implement and rapidly prototype in a fast-paced environment

  • Eager to learn and relentlessly investigate cutting edge solutions

 

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering

1-3 years of professional engineering experience
 

Preferred list of skills

  • Startup experience

  • Healthcare specific domain knowledge, such as HIPAA compliance, HL7 data interchange formats, or clinical terminology

  • Experience with C++, C#, Python
